- I have something broken in my space, who do I contact?addDuring business hours Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, go to the unit front desk and file a ticket with them. If it is not business hours, reach out to the RA Day Duty to file a ticket.
- I need to move out of my space, who do I contact?addStart with UC Berkeley Housing at reshall@berkeley.edu or website.
- I am a parent and my son/daughter is living in the residence hall. I need to speak to them but they are not answering my calls. What do I do?addCall the RA in their building to ask the residence to call their parents back.
- I need to attend an event but I don’t know where it is taking place. Who do I contact?addIf this is a Theme Program, call your TPA and they can tell you. If this is a hall event, reach out to your RA and they will let you know.
- I need to find a tutor. How do I start?addCheck our website for the schedule under the Academics tab. Follow the instructions to start a meeting.
- I want to know the status of my job application. Who do I contact?addIf this is a student job, email them at resed.studentstaff@berkeley.edu. If you applied to be a Safety Ambassador, email the Hiring Coordinator at rlsp.hiring@berkeley.edu. For career staff jobs, email them at reslife@berkeley.edu. Wait about two weeks after the posting has closed to ask them the question.
