Hola! My name is Eve Hernandez and am originally from Long Beach, CA. I am a proud alumna from Chico State where I studied Bilingual Education and Texas State where I earned my M.Ed. in Student Affairs in Higher Education. I discovered my passion for higher education and ResLife during grad school and my goal is to connect and support students from all backgrounds but especially First-Generation students, just like myself. In my free time I enjoy exploring outside, hiking, hammocking, and paddle boarding (pretty much all things outdoors)!
